MEET THE MANAGER RICHARD MATON

Richard may spend his winters in Montreal, but during boating season, Carling Bay is home.

For the past two seasons, Richard has managed the marina while living on-site with his wife aboard their boat — a fitting setup for someone who genuinely cares about life on the water.

He has been a key part of Carling Bay Marina’s refresh, helping improve the property, support long-standing customers, and bring a friendly, fair, hands-on approach to service.

You can usually find him somewhere between the docks, the office, and the next thing that needs fixing!
